Carbs and fats together get you on fire and make you gain weight (guaranteed)!
Today I’m addressing the issue of silent inflammation in the body and the role food plays in it. So let’s set the stage straight about two things.
FIRST: You need an oil change if you want to stop inflammation.
No more vegetable oils please! Canola, soy, corn, etc. oils are not a healthy food by any stretch of the imagination. Stop the omega 6es and bring the omega 3s.
Eat your fatty fish (hello sardines, goodbye tilapia). Aim for 3 oz. of fatty fish 2-3 times a week.

SECOND: You need to change your main fuel. You want to go from carb burner to fat burner.
You know why? Because that’s how you lose weight and stop that slow going inflammation.
A diet high in carbs, high glycemic and refined carbs and high in omega 6 fatty acids it is inflammatory!

Now that you know what do you do? ACTION, ACTION, ACTION…
FIRST: you go clean that pantry, refrigerator and “your desire”of all the so called foods (such as in cereal, baked goods, cookies and candies, sodas and juices, and a bunch more). The whole list (item by item with the “why it is not a health food, and how it keeps you sick-reason”) is in module 3 of the AAINP).
This is the hardest step to take all by yourself. You really need to have a strong will, desire and a ton of determination, which I know you do, but it’s so much more fun and easier when you do it with me and other strong minded people like you.
SECOND: you go hit that farmers market or local health store and bring in all the whole healing foods.
