What you’re about to see today, is something I’ve been struggling with for a long time and I’m continuously working on it. Practice makes things perfect.
What is it? I know I made you curious, didn’t I?
Being in the Present Moment! That’s one hard thing to do for most of us.
Stop for one second and see how you’re in one physical location at a certain time, but your mind is in the past to what you’ve done wrong yesterday and you wish you didn’t do that, or you’re in the future thinking about a million things you have to do.
I know you probably have a mile long “To Do” list and another one of “I wish I hadn’t done that”.
That’s why I’m so excited about today’s episode. We usually meet in the kitchen but, today is just different, and I know you’re gonna love it.
