“the Heal your Gut Cookbook”! My favorite GAPS cookbook at this time
If you’ve been following me for any length of time you know that I’m a GAPS Certified Practitioner and I’ve been following the GAPS Diet for over 2 years now. Today I’m sharing with you one of my favorite GAPS diet cookbook. This book will help you if you’re on the GAPS Diet, or thinking of starting it. Eating real whole foods, eliminating processed foods form the diet and adding wonderful healing foods such as bone broth and fermented foods does miracles to one’s health say the least.
Often my clients ask me for recipes or other resources to help them make easy grain free, sugar free meals or to make grab and go snacks. The book I’m sharing here is absolutely fantastic when it comes to recipes that are compliant with the GAPS diet; or for anyone who wants to eat lower carb diet, fermented foods and other wonderfully gut-healing foods.
