Ten Things I Love
You heard me talking about being unconditionally happy or living unconditionally. What I mean by that is you feeling, self-worth, loved, good, worthy, beautiful, happy, etc. regardless of any external conditions being there to facilitate that.
You’re just happy. You don’t need to have that car or that purse, or that person doesn’t have to do this thing for you so you can be happy.
Your goal is to just be happy unconditionally. Now that doesn’t mean you don’t have things out there that make you feel good, that you just simply love, and they bring more joy into your life. However the absence of any of those things should not affect your state of happiness.
FEEL so you can HAVE (DO, BE, GET, etc.)
This is a great exercise, to help raise your happiness level, to help you stay in that “I FEEL GOOD” state.
List 10 things that you love and that make you feel good.
Here is my list of 10 things I love:
1. Hugging my son, thinking about hugging my son, every thought about my son. (This automatically brings a smile on my face, my whole body relaxes, I feel expansion)
2. Sun shining on my skin, and warming up my body
3. Walking barefoot at the beach
4. Having a hot bulletproof coffee in the morning, smelling the coffee, the thought of having that coffee
5. Riding the bike
6. Getting tired and sweaty after a good hard high intensity exercise (I know I’m strange)
7. My work, every single one of my clients, I look forward to getting up in the morning and getting going with my day
8. Reading and learning new things (mostly about how to live a better life from food to mind-body)
9. Playing with my husband and my son, just being silly
10. Talking about health, food, lifestyle etc. (it’s kind of obvious, that’s my purpose)
