Today I’m gonna share with you my secret vegetable noodle recipe. This dish will make even the pickiest eater ask for more. What better way of adding vegetables to your diet than this.

I’m using non starchy vegetables, that have a high water and fiber content (think slim waist), are rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients (think strong immune system and glowing skin); just look at their vibrant color and you’ll see what I mean.
So what are the famous ingredients?
- Zucchini, summer squash and carrots (preferably organic)
- Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
- Coconut oil and lots of loooove
